Question 1

What does the QR Menu include?

Accepted Answer

It includes your professional digital menu, 18 premium designs, high-resolution QR ready to print, unlimited updates and photos of your dishes. Everything you need to digitize your menu.

Question 2

What if I already have a printed menu?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly the starting point: take a photo of it and the AI pulls out the dishes and prices. You can keep using the printed one and put the QR next to it. The difference is that when a price goes up you change it from your phone instead of reprinting.

Question 3

How do I upload my menu if I'm not tech-savvy?

Accepted Answer

It's as easy as taking a photo. Literally: take a photo of your current menu and our AI extracts dishes and prices automatically. You just review, tweak whatever you want and you're done.

Question 4

What if I change my prices?

Accepted Answer

Log into your panel, change the price and it updates instantly. Your customers always see the latest version. No need to reprint the QR or anything.

Question 5

Do my customers need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. They just scan the QR with their phone camera and see your menu in the browser. Works on any iPhone, Android or tablet.

Question 6

Can I add photos of my dishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upload photos for every dish. With photos, customers crave more and order more. It's optional but highly recommended.

Question 7

How do orders reach me?

Accepted Answer

They land straight in your kitchen panel, live: your menu comes with a cart, your guest builds the order and you watch it show up as a direct order, with no commissions and nobody taking it down over the phone. You can also turn on ordering from the table, with its own QR, and reservations land in the same calendar. You turn it all on from your dashboard whenever you want.

Question 8

Do I need to buy hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. It works on your guests' phones and on any tablet or computer you already have. You just print the QRs.

Question 9

Really no commissions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The order lands in your kitchen panel and you keep 100%. We never charge you a percentage per sale.

Question 10

What if my restaurant closes or I stop using it?

Accepted Answer

Your data is always yours and you can cancel any time from your dashboard, with no penalties. Your digital menu stays published even if you stop paying — the QR codes are already printed on your tables and we won't leave your guests staring at an error. What pauses is orders and reservations.

Question 11

How much is it and when am I charged?

Accepted Answer

It's $699 MXN a month, everything unlimited and 0% commission per order. The first 14 days are a trial and no card is needed: if it works for you, you turn on your plan from the dashboard; if not, you pay nothing.
